Microsoft may incorrectly deliver Packet Storm email to your Junk folder. Our mail is authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, but Microsoft's reputation filtering may still classify it as spam. If you're expecting an email from us, please check your Junk folder and mark the message as Not Junk.
You can verify the authentication results in the message headers (spf=pass, dkim=pass, and dmarc=pass). Microsoft explains these authentication results here.
